Beat the Fall chill with deeply nourishing organic chicken bone broth, heritage grain spelt buns, and herb-infused organic butters. Students experience hands on spelt bread making basics, and enjoy their hand made spelt flour buns with herb-infused organic butters made in class, along side slow simmered chicken bone broth.
