Whole Foods Cooking Classes @ VWCC Fall 2016 & Spring 2017

Chef Laura is pleased to announce a brand new batch of seasonal whole foods cooking classes being presented this Fall 2016. Each two hour class will hosted at West Community Centre, located at 521 Craigflower Road, Victoria, B.C.

‘’Bone Broth, Spelt Buns & Herb-infused Butter’’ Sunday, October 23rd, 2016, 4-6 PM
Beat the Fall chill with deeply nourishing organic chicken bone broth, heritage grain spelt buns, and herb-infused organic butters. Students experience hands on spelt bread making basics, and enjoy their hand made spelt flour buns with herb-infused organic butters made in class, along side slow simmered chicken bone broth. Early bird price: $36 plus GST.




‘’Roasted Root Vegetables & Heritage Grain Sides’’ (GF & Vegan)
Sunday, November 27th, 2016, 4-6 PM
Students learn several techniques for roasting seasonal root vegetables, served with several fresh dressings and sides, plus two gluten-free sides: perfectly cooked quinoa, and organic corn polenta. Early bird price: $32 plus GST
