Join personal Chef Laura Moore, and Sommelier Chef Richard Wolf, for an euphoric Chocolate & Wine Pairing experience at the Hudson Market this Valentines weekend:

1) Chocolate Ginger Macaroons, paired with Sparkling Wine; and 2) Red Velvet Beet Cake with Cashew Creme Icing, with Reisling; and 3) organic butter-based Chocolate Truffles with Gogi Berry sauce, paired with Port.

Friday, February 12, 4-6 PM
$40/person, $75/couple, plus GST
*minimum class size 20 people

  1. Do you run classes on just chocolate? Making, tempering, truffles, etc…
    Healthy, gluten free, using natural sweeteners (honey, maple, coconut, etc)?

      There are no chocolate classes planned at this time: however, I have run them in the past, and will be doing so again.
