Over the years we have been asked to prepare meals for many clients with very specific dietary restrictions based on allergies, dietary intolerances and medical conditions as well as dietary preferences, and have thus developed a wide range of menu options to suit a wide variety of dietary requests.
The Good For You Gourmet offers unique West Coast-style cuisine, with menus for everyone from meat-eating omnivore and Paleo, to pescatarian, vegetarian and vegan, and always using the most natural, whole foods ingredients.
